We are looking for associate attorneys with CS/IT backgrounds and 3-8 years of legal experience in patent prosecution, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications and conducting due diligence in the fields of robotics, neural networks, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and imaging or optics. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.

Mechanical Engineering Associate

We are looking for associate attorney candidates with mechanical engineering backgrounds and 3-5 years (JD 2016 preferred) of legal experience in patent prosecution, including drafting and prosecuting patent applications and/or conducting intellectual property due diligence for mechanical engineering technologies. Candidates must also have experience supervising others. Candidates must have strong academic credentials, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.

We are looking for associate attorney candidates with a 3–7 years of legal experience in Trademark law, including trademark prosecution, agreements, clearance, strategic advice, counseling, and enforcement. Candidates should have experience in responding to office actions, clearance searches and analysis, foreign filings, U.S. and foreign oppositions/cancellations, and drafting license and settlement agreements.  Candidates  must have strong academic credentials and industry experience, as well as superior written and verbal communication skills.
